About Balance Nutrition: Balance Nutrition is a one-of-a-kind digital health business with super specialization in disease disorder management with a client base of over 75000+ across 94 countries. We address the market for Obesity and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, etc. via an APP (& web-based model). We are now looking to enhance the current mobile app with the aim of reaching 1 million users over the next 12 months. A strong digital marketing & business support team is working on innovative ways to increase our reach in India and abroad.

Job Description:

• Identify and build brand partnerships (both paid and barter) that help increase visibility and community reach
• Work closely with influencers and creators to drive collaborations, campaigns, and engagement
• Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Build strong relationships with agencies, and partners
• Drive PR & Media outreach by pitching stories and getting features across TV, print, Magazines, digital media, podcasts, and creator platforms
• Shape and maintain a strong brand voice and storytelling, highlighting our programs, tools, founders, and client transformations
• Track performance of campaigns, collaborations, and media visibility to understand what's working and scale it

Eligibility:

• Someone who understands influencer marketing and brand collaborations
• Good at communication, networking, and relationship-building
• Has a sense of trends, content, and what works online
• Creative thinker with a strong execution mindset
• Prior experience in influencer marketing / PR / brand partnerships.
