Key Responsibilities

•  Ensuring all the RM / PM are available as per the plan/forecast
•  Preparation of FTOs and PRs
•  Monitoring timely delivery of materials and timely dispatches
•  Coordinating with CFT’s for smooth functioning and completion of the monthly targets
•  Coordinating and tracking of new projects
•  Monitoring of Projects, preparing a detailed project schedule, and tracking
•  Coordinating with all the CFT’s to smoothly complete the monthly plan and new projects.
•  Arranging the PRs required for new projects
•  Follow up for the completion of PFIs
