Role & responsibilities

Designation : Executive PPIC

BE Chemical with 3 - 6 Years of Experience in PPC department of any API / Bulk Drug Plant.

Key Responsibilities


To plan the production according to the budget and capacity.
To make PR for the Raw materials according to the production plan.
To monitor the production as per the plan and highlighting the delays to top management on daily and weekly basis.
Co-ordinating with procurement and warehouse team for RM delivery schedules based on the production plan and variance in production plan.
Intermediates demand to be provided to other sites based on the production plan to get the deliveries on time.
Batch wise allocation to be done for customers of all the products by co-ordinating with production and marketing.
For monthly review with business head, PPT to be make along with production plan, concerns for discussion to resolve the issues.
