About this role
1. Responsible for implementation of cGMP activities in the warehouse area.
2. Responsible for taking full accountabilities for all internal warehouse activities, ensuring materials are properly organized, safely stored, and easily accessible.
3. Responsible for overseeing the professional arrangement of materials according to category, temperature requirements, and safety protocols.
4. Responsible for maintaining 100 % accuracy in bin card updates and ensuring every physical movement is recorded immediately at the point of activity.
5. Responsible for leading regular cycle counts and scheduled physical stock audits to ensure zero variance between floor stock and system records.
6. Responsible for acting as the primary link between the warehouse and production team to ensure raw materials and components are staged and issued on time.
7. Responsible for monitoring stock levels against production schedules to prevent bottlenecks and ensure continuous manufacturing flow.
8. Responsible for coordinating with the MIS department to prepare accurate inventory reports, conduct consumption analysis, and establish effective replenishment triggers to ensure optimal stock availability.
9. Responsible for executing all internal ERP entries, including material issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments, with high accuracy and precision.
10. Responsible for performing regular reconciliations between physical stock, Excel trackers, and ERP data to maintain a single source of truth.
11. Responsible for maintaining and verifying all internal warehouse records, ensuring they are audit- ready and compliant with ISO/GMP standards.
12. Responsible for ensuring all internal warehouse processes are carried out in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
13. Responsible for maintaining high standards of warehouse hygiene (5S) and workplace safety within storage zones.
14. Responsible for directing junior staff in picking, packing, and binning activities to ensure operational efficiency.
