Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities according to sales forecast, material availability, and capacity utilization.
  
• Coordinate with various functions for smooth operation of production planning process.
  
• Ensure timely dispatch of products by coordinating with warehouse, transportation, and logistics teams.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stockholding through effective MRP (Material Requirement Planning) system.
  
• Analyze production schedules to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in Production Planning & Control or related field.
  
• MSc/B.Sc degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline; B.Tech / B.E. degree preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control), Materialize CSS, MIS reporting tools.
