About the Role

Universal Corporation Limited is looking for a results-oriented PPC Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads, and a proven ability to improve campaign performance while delivering measurable return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative/design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
• Optimize Quality Score, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Implement conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Looker Studio (Data Studio) or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, landing page optimization, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
