About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily production plans as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor material availability, production progress, and pending orders.
- Ensure timely production and dispatch as per customer delivery schedules.
- Maintain production reports and MIS in MS Excel.
- Interact with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch commitments.
- Follow up on customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure on-time delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in PPC / Production Planning.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, production scheduling, and inventory management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in automotive components or fasteners manufacturing will be preferred.
