1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred)
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram)
Good understanding of PPC metrics: CTR, CPC, Quality Score, conversion rate, CPA and ROAS
Basic knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
