Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities according to customer orders, delivery schedules, and available resources.
• Coordinate with various departments (e.g., purchase, quality) to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Monitor and control material requirements, inventory levels, and equipment utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning & Control or related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech degree in Computers or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of PPC principles, including capacity planning, controlling, dispatch scheduling, inventory management, material requirement planning (MRP), production planning control (PPC).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting.
