Ppc Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and monthly production plans based on marketing requirements and customer orders.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure achievement of planned targets.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, production, and marketing departments for timely material availability.
• Ensure materials are supplied to production as per the planned schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities.
• Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and production-related records.
• Track production progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
• Maintain production planning data and reports using ERP systems and MS Office.

Skills Required (Must Have)

• Production planning and control.
• Preparation of daily and monthly production targets as per marketing requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Skills (Preferred)

• Inventory management and material planning.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• BOM preparation and updation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Additional: Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint.

Desired Experience

• 35 years of relevant experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
