Position :-PPC Engineer - Fabrication

Job Location:- Ahmedabad

Job Description:-

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthlyfabrication production activitiesas per orders and delivery timelines.
• Prepare job-wise production plans based onBOM, drawings, routing, and work orders.
• Coordinate withStores, Purchase, and Productionfor material availability and manpower planning.
• Monitor fabrication activities includingcutting, bending, drilling, fit-up, welding, grinding, and assembly.
• Track production progress, identify delays/bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintainproduction reports, MIS, ERP/MRP updates, and Excel-based production tracking.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure optimum utilization ofmanpower, machines, and materials.

Desired Candidate:-

• Education Qualification:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience:3-7 yearsof experience in PPC / Production planning -fabrication

• Industry Experience:Experience in a fabrication/manufacturing environment is mandatory.
