Ppc Engineer

Qualification

• B. Tech in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical with 5 to 8 Experience
• Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (PP/MM modules) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan material requirements using BOM, MRP, and inventory status.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand.
• Create and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
• Maintain accurate production data and update SAP transactions.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels by minimizing excess stock and stock-outs.
• Prepare PPC MIS reports, production dashboards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, and Capacity Planning.
• Hands-on SAP PP/MM experience.
• Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
