PPC / Performance Marketing & CRO Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to drive customer acquisition, improve paid campaign performance, and maximize e-commerce conversions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, paid media, GA4, conversion funnel analysis, landing page optimization, and CRO. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the complete customer journey and continuously improving both paid traffic performance and website conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize, and scale PPC and performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant paid channels.
  
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue.
  
• Analyze the complete e-commerce conversion funnel using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and identify drop-off points.
  
• Identify conversion opportunities across landing pages, product pages, cart, checkout, and overall customer journey.
  
• Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates and revenue.
  
• Use GA4, Google Ads, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity.
  
• Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, scroll behavior, and user journeys to identify UX and conversion issues.
  
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on landing pages, CTAs, product pages, forms, offers, and checkout experiences.
  
• Optimize landing pages based on PPC search intent, keywords, audience behavior, and conversion data.
  
• Identify underperforming campaigns, keywords, audiences, devices, locations, and landing pages and take corrective actions.
  
• Work closely with design, content, development, and e-commerce teams to implement CRO and performance marketing improvements.
  
• Develop data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, conversion rate, revenue, and ROAS.
  
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights, opportunities, and optimization strategies to management.
  

Required Skills

• 7 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  
• Strong experience with Google Ads / Paid Search campaign management and optimization.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion funnel analysis.
  
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey analysis.
  
• Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity.
  
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CAC, LTV, and revenue metrics.
  
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable performance and CRO strategies.
  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer behavior, and landing page optimization.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US-focused e-commerce websites.
  
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking.
  
• Experience with Meta Ads / Microsoft Ads is an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity with SEO, remarketing, audience segmentation, and marketing attribution.
  
• Experience working with Magento, or other e-commerce platforms.
