PPC Assistants

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

• In this role, you will manage key client accounts

• coordinate internal teams, and oversee order-to-dispatch operations.

• Youll also handle PPS (Pending Payment Statements) and POS (Pending Order Statements),

• ensuring smooth financial tracking and order management.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential.

• Handle order changes, cancellations, returns, and delivery-related issues.

• Ensure supplier and product quality.

• Conduct supplier audits.

• Manage quality issues and corrective actions.

• Maintain compliance with standards.

• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (PO).

• Check supplier quotations and agreements.

• Maintain supplier contracts and price records.

• Track PO status and delivery commitments.

• Maintain supplier communication records.

• Coordinate With Clinets

Education : BBA / MBA / B.SC

Experience : 2 To 3 Years
