• SR Team Lead responsible for development and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for IT Market Operations.
• Communicate with Business users and stakeholders and understand the business requirements needed to develop the PBI reports.
• Provide SME knowledge and help team to provide development solution for the reports and manage delivery.
• Manage delivery of enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization across reporting platforms.
• Develop and mentor Power BI engineers to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to defined standards.
• Oversee data modeling, report validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of operational metrics.
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues impacting reports and dashboards.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, reporting SLAs, and operational stability metrics.
• Coordinate with upstream data and application support teams to address data quality and integration issues.
• Manage release activities, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring for reporting solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX optimization.

Qualification needs 15+ yrs of experience and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
