Power System Studies- Consultant

Key Skills: Power Systems, ETAP

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead power system studies for generation, transmission, distribution, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Review network models, study assumptions, input data, and engineering criteria for technical accuracy.
• Direct analysis and interpretation of system behavior under normal, contingency, and abnormal operating conditions.
• Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, study findings, and engineering recommendations.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and support client discussions on power system study outcomes.

Skills Required:

• 18 - 30 years of relevant experience in power system studies or power systems consulting.
• Extensive experience in power systems engineering and electrical power system studies.
• Strong understanding of power network modeling, system analysis, and electrical engineering principles.
• Ability to assess system performance, identify constraints, and recommend technically sound solutions.
• Experience producing and reviewing technical study reports and presenting findings to clients and project stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Experience using ETAP for power system modeling and analysis.

Education:  Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
