Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Developer (Junior–Mid Level)

## Role Summary Join the Business Applications team to enhance, improve, and streamline the existing Dynamics 365 CRM environment and build modern Power Platform solutions. Developers will work on customizing CRM (plugins, scripts, automations), building new Power Apps for mobile and web, and collaborating with U.S. colleagues to deliver improvements in an agile, DevOps-driven environment.

## Key Responsibilities ### CRM Customization & Plugin Development * Develop and maintain custom Dynamics 365 CRM plugins using C#/.NET. * Develop and maintain JavaScript web resources for CRM functionality enhancements. * Enforce business rules and automate workflows through custom development. * Write and maintain client-side JavaScript for form customizations and UI behaviors across model-driven apps.

### Power Automate & Process Automation * Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows. * Streamline approvals, notifications, data integrations, and API-driven workflows. * Develop and maintain CRM opportunity creation workflows through API endpoints.

### Power Apps Development * Design and build Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and code apps). * Develop standalone mobile and web applications. * Integrate Power Apps with Dynamics 365 data and field service workflows. * Support offline-capable mobile application functionality.

### Collaboration & Agile Practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business users. * Work within Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and code reviews. * Follow established solution tracking and agile development practices.

### Testing, Documentation & Support * Perform unit testing and integration testing. * Support managed solution packaging and deployment across DEV, UAT, Staging, and Production environments. * Document technical designs, changes, and user guides. * Troubleshoot CRM and Power Platform issues and coordinate resolutions.

## Required Qualifications ### Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

### Experience * 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development and Power Platform. * Experience building CRM plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, and Power Automate flows.

### Coding & Scripting * Strong proficiency in C# for plugin development. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for model-driven app customization and form scripting. * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Dynamics 365 integration techniques. * Experience with Dataverse Web API and SOAP endpoints.

### Power Platform Skills * Experience creating Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). * Experience with Power Automate for process automation. * Understanding of Dataverse entity model, security roles, form customization, and business rules.

### Communication & Collaboration * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent English communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with remote U.S. teams. * Experience participating in sprint ceremonies, gathering requirements, and documenting solutions.

## Preferred Skills ### Azure & Cloud Services * Exposure to Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or Azure AI Services. * Experience with AI agent development or AI integrations.

### DevOps & CI/CD * Experience with Git and Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. * Experience with solution packaging, managed solutions, and environment management.
