About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer who can design, develop, and support business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies.

Candidates with prior experience in the USA Real Estate industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design and implement workflows using Power Automate.
• Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and security models.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform applications.
• Participate in requirement discussions and solution design sessions.
• Create technical documentation and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with US stakeholders during EST working hours.

Required SkillsMust Have

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Understanding of REST APIs and connectors.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Power Platform Developer Certification.
• Experience with AI Builder.
• Experience with Power Pages.
• USA Real Estate domain knowledge.
• Exposure to Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Comfortable working in EST shift.
• Experience working with remote US teams.
