Power Platform Developer (Power Apps | Power Automate | Data verse)
Location: Anywhere in India
Experience: 4-6 Yrs
Work Mode: Remote
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to design, develop, support, and modernize enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building multiple business applications from the ground up and should be capable of independently owning end-to-end application development, enhancements, and migration initiatives from legacy technologies to Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience
- 4-6 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Must have successfully developed and deployed at least 6-8 business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Independently build business applications from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
- Design scalable and reusable Power Platform architectures and solution frameworks.
- Develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, automated workflows, and integrations with external systems.
- Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security models.
- Perform application modernization and migration from legacy technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Excel-based solutions, QuickBase, Access, Lotus Notes, .NET/PHP-based applications, etc.) to Microsoft Power Platform.
- Estimate effort, prepare technical design documents, and provide development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support UAT, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
Required Competencies
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience in application migration and modernization projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deliver within project timelines.
Expected Outcomes
The candidate should be capable of:
- Independently delivering assigned applications end-to-end.
- Leading technical discussions and solution design.
- Handling migrations from existing technologies to Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ensuring scalable, maintainable, and secure application development.
- Supporting production applications and implementing enhancements with minimal guidance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in global delivery and Agile environments.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple enterprise applications on Power Platform.
- Good to have Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL-400).
