Interview round: 2 Technical round

Experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace architecture, including M365 Copilot adoption, governance, and strategy.

Hands-on experience in developing custom solutions using Copilot Studio and extending its capabilities.

Strong skills in solution architecture, consulting, stakeholder management, and explaining technical concepts to business teams.

Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles.

Experience integrating solutions using Microsoft Graph APIs and the Power Platform.

Good understanding of Microsoft's product roadmap, reusable assets, and best-practice frameworks.

Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.

Able to act as a trusted advisor with deep subject matter expertise and ownership.

Well-organized with strong documentation, governance, and planning skills.

Mandatory Skills:

GitHub Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages).
