Job Description Dynamic 365 and Power Platform Developer

Work Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to support the implementation and enhancement of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Efficiently manage and optimize the Power Platform Environment.
• Develop, test, and implement robust solutions within the Power Platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrate adaptability to a global project environment and different methodologies.
• Produce high-quality documents, including process documentation, PDD, and executive summaries.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex technical ideas clearly.
• Showcase knowledge or experience in business intelligence and architecture.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Business Process Model and Notation modelling tools.
• Exhibit excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Showcase the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and understand business workflows.
• Display skills in influencing team members and managing differences in ideas or solutions.
• Highlight experience in effectively working in virtual teams, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Expert in Model driven PowerApps development
• Expert in developing Custom connectors (Salesforce etc) in model driven apps.
• Implementation of web resources to enhance capability of model driven app.
• Dataverse as backend database.
• Expert in Power Automate cloud flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring users in solution development.
• Expertise in Power App Component Framework.
• Expertise in Power Platform: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Platform components, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Virtual Agents.
• Power Apps Development: Proficiency in building custom applications using Power Apps, understanding canvas apps, model-driven apps, and incorporating connectors for various data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL server, Blob storage etc.
• Power Automate (Flow) Mastery: Strong skills in creating automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating applications, and automating business processes.
• Data Integration: Experience in integrating and transforming data across different systems and platforms using Power Platform connectors and custom connectors.
• Microsoft 365 Integration: Understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications and services for seamless collaboration and productivity.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions using the Power Platform.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies, attending conferences, and obtaining relevant certifications.
• Microsoft Certifications: Holding relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, or others.
• Community Recognition: Being recognized by the Power Platform community for valuable contributions, whether through awards, nominations, or endorsements.

Expectations:

• Computer Science Engineering qualification (B.E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university.
• 5 + Years of Experience in Power Platform.
• Experience in managing and optimizing Power Platform environments.
• Expertise in all major power platform development tools.
• Confidence in sharing ideas and insights to drive improvement.
• Firm belief in the low-code, no-code paradigm.
• Ability to align Power Platform processes with Engineering strategy.
