Power platform + Copilot

Job Description:

Strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents, integrating backend systems and APIs, troubleshooting complex authentication/integration issues, and leading AI solution implementations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational experiences, agent flows, topics, and adaptive cards.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, Azure services, and external APIs.
• Develop Custom Connectors and implement OAuth-based integrations.
• Implement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure AI Search, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Support ALM, solution deployment, governance, security, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
