Step into a leadership-focused analytics role where you'll shape how business teams consume insights and make decisions. You'll drive the design and delivery of impactful Power BI solutions, guiding end-to-end reporting initiatives from data ingestion to executive-ready dashboards. Responsibilities Power BI Solution Delivery - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models aligned to business goals.
- Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and KPI frameworks, ensuring clarity and usability for end users.
- Define report standards, reusable templates, and visualization best practices to ensure consistency across deliverables.
- Build and optimize data models, measures, and calculations to support scalable analytics and high-performing dashboards.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques for datasets, visuals, and refresh cycles.
- Partner with data engineering teams to define ETL requirements and ensure clean, reliable, and well-documented data pipelines.
- Validate data quality and ensure reconciliation between source systems and BI outputs.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide clear delivery plans and status updates.
- Mentor BI developers/analysts, conduct reviews, and enforce development standards and governance practices.
- Support production operations by handling enhancements, bug fixes, and root-cause analysis for BI issues.
- BTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC.
- 79 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development and delivery.
- Proven experience in building enterprise dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
- Strong experience working with ETL processes and collaborating on data integration requirements.
- Ability to gather requirements, translate them into BI solutions, and communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
- Technical requirements: Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing.
- Experience leading BI initiatives end-to-end, including planning, estimation, and delivery governance.
- Strong understanding of analytics lifecycle: requirement discovery, semantic modeling, visualization, validation, and rollout.
- Experience implementing access controls and governance practices for enterprise BI usage.
- Track record of improving dashboard performance, usability, and adoption through best practices and stakeholder feedback loops.
- Experience coaching team members and establishing standards for documentation, versioning, and release management.
