Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling, report development, dashboard creation, and data visualization using Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, datasets, and data transformations using Power Query and DAX.
• Connect and integrate data from various sources including SQL databases, Excel files, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.
• Perform data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of BI solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Support end users by providing training and resolving reporting-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
• Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
