Power BI Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead Power BI report, dashboard, and data visualization development.
• Manage and optimize Power BI Server for performance and scalability.
• Design advanced data models and DAX solutions.
• Integrate Power BI with Azure data services and digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor Power BI developers.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable business insights.
• Maintain existing solutions and drive continuous improvements.
• Use data storytelling and GenAI tools to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI, Power BI Server, and Power Platform.
• Advanced skills in DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Experience leading Power BI development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
