Role Overview

We are looking for a Power BI & HR Reporting Analyst to support the reporting transformation workstream associated with the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. The successful candidate will analyse existing SAP-based reports and recreate or optimise them using Power BI and SuccessFactors reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing SAP HR reports, dashboards, and reporting logic.
• Analyse KPIs, calculations, data sources, and reporting dependencies.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and visualisations using HR data.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Validate report outputs and ensure reporting continuity after

migration.

• Support user testing and business validation activities.
• Document report specifications, calculations, and data models.
• Recommend reporting enhancements and usability improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience with data modelling and reporting solutions.
• Exposure to HR data, workforce reporting, or people analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HCM reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, Stories, or People

Analytics.

• Experience with Power Query and DAX.
