Role Overview Our client - an AI-first enterprise transformation company building and deploying production-grade AI systems and AI products for real business impact - is seeking to hire a Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions. This role requires strong technical depth in Power BI and SQL, along with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Partner with business and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and governance across BI reporting
• Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic business decisions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation
• Solid experience in data analytics and translating raw data into actionable insights
• Understanding of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query best practices
• Strong problem-solving ability with comfort in fast-paced, outcomes-driven environments
