Power Bi Developer

Skillset: Power BI Developer with MSBI and Data Processing Expertise

We are seeking a skilled BI professional with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft BI technologies, SQL Server development, ETL processes, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, SSIS, SQL Server, Control-M, SSMS, and TFS, along with working knowledge of Snowflake, to develop, support, and maintain enterprise data solutions while ensuring the reliability and performance of critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Power BI development, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and SQL with the ability to design interactive dashboards and complex reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using SSIS.
• Create and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, views, and complex queries.
• Monitor and manage batch schedules and workflows using Control-M.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data-related incidents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Participate in enhancements, maintenance, and support activities for existing applications.
• Manage source code, deployments, and version control using Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Support data warehouse and reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to Snowflake migration and modernization projects where applicable.
• Prepare technical design documents, support documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Follow Agile and SDLC best practices for development and release management.

• 5+ years of experience in PowerBI , MSBI Development and Support.

• Exposure to data loading and migration processes in Snowflake.
• Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domain.
