Power Bi Developer

Role & responsibilities :

Looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on Power BI development experience. The candidate must be capable of handling end-to-end reporting (requirement gathering dashboard development deployment) while working closely with business stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Desktop + Service)
• Advanced DAX (YTD, MTD, QTD, YoY, KPIs)
• Solid Data Modeling (Star Schema)
• Experience with Power Query (ETL, data transformation)
• Good SQL skills (Joins, Aggregations, CTEs)
• Experience in dashboard design & performance optimization
• Stakeholder interaction & requirement gathering

Good-to-Have :

• Exposure to Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake)
• Basic Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with RLS, Gateways, Deployment Pipelines
• Agile tools (JIRA, Git)

Key Responsibilities :

• Developed interactive Power BI dashboards for business use cases
• Built data models & wrote complex DAX measures
• Worked on multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
• Managed Power BI Service (publishing, refresh, gateway setup)
• Interacted with business stakeholders / handled requirements
• Delivered KPI-driven reporting solutions
