Power Bi Developer

Job Description

Hexaware Technologies is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Create and optimize complex DAX measures and calculations.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform data analysis.
• Design and maintain data models to support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and report usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI.
• Good expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Strong knowledge of SQL / SQL Server.
• Experience in data modeling and report optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Query and ETL processes.
• Exposure to Azure Data Services is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
