Service Line Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion: Collaborate with business users to understand the reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop robust data models using Power BI Desktop, incorporating strong data modeling concepts.
• Create efficient and accurate DAX calculations and measures to meet business needs.
• Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, calculations, and visualizations.
• Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Two or three industry domain knowledge
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Client Interfacing skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Project and Team management
• Experience with Power BI dataflows and data preparation
• Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, DAX, and measures.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with query modes and live mode connections.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring BI teams.
