What We Expect From You
- Design, develop, and deploy complex Power Automate workflows that automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build custom connectors, advanced expressions, and workflow logic to extend Power Automate capabilities.
- Integrate workflows with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Excel, and external applications through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow and integration-related issues.
- Work closely with Power BI and Power Apps teams to deliver holistic Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and version control.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain existing workflows for performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
- Stay up to date with Power Platform enhancements, tools, and industry best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
- Expertise in building complex flows, custom connectors, and advanced expressions.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and JSON manipulation.
- Strong API integration experience with REST/SOAP services and external systems.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with stakeholders across levels.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
