Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA) .
- Integration & Data Management: Connect Power Automate with various data sources, including SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Office 365, and third-party applications via custom connectors and APIs.

- Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor existing flows for errors, troubleshoot issues independently, and optimize workflows for speed and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain crisp documentation for technical designs, process maps, and user training guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience developing solutions within the
Microsoft Power Platform , with a heavy emphasis on
Power Automate .
- Project Delivery: Proven track record of handling projects
independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Proficiency:
- Deep expertise in Power Automate Cloud Flows (Automated, Instant, Scheduled).
- Strong experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for legacy system automation.
- Solid understanding of expressions (WDL/JSON), API integrations (REST), and handling complex data formats.
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse/SharePoint as backend data sources is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Self-Starter Attitude: High level of accountability, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple smaller projects.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to break down manual processes and rebuild them efficiently.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Location: Worli, Mumbai.
- Work Model: Hybrid (Mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility).
- Culture: Dynamic, autonomous, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
