Power Apps Engineer - M365

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of a Canvas App Power Apps solution with associated Power Automate workflows.

The resource will work closely with project technical SMEs to detail, validate, and translate business requirements into practical technical implementation within the Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Platform & M365 Development:

• Design, build, test, and maintain intuitive Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring step-by-step guided UI/UX for complex configurations.
• Develop robust Power Automate flows utilizing advanced triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, expressions, and robust error-handling patterns.
• Build logic within the Canvas App to dynamically generate complex Keyword Query Language (KQL) queries based on user configurations.
• Develop and refine KQL-based queries to support enterprise search and retrieval scenarios.

Integration & Enterprise Search:

• Build and maintain seamless integrations using SharePoint REST APIs, SharePoint Search REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Utilize knowledge of Shell Hub Search to validate business/technical requirements and support search-driven solution patterns.
• Configure and support SharePoint Online list and library-based enterprise solutions.

ALM, Operations & Technical Documentation:

• Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) pipeline-based deployments across Development, QA, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex application, automation, API, search, and deployment issues across delivery phases.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, configuration notes, and handover materials.
• Collaborate directly with technical SMEs to clarify open requirements, validate solution behavior, and explain technical decisions clearly.

• Hands-on developer who can independently build, test, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions.
• Comfortable working with technical SMEs to clarify open requirements and validate solution behavior.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work through search, API, and automation-related issues.
