Power Apps Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Power Apps Developer with strong experience building scalable business applications and automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have advanced expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI/DAX, along with good programming experience in Python. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business problems, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end Power Platform applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex, multi-pageCanvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
• Build and manage solutions using Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security.
• Develop custom PCF components and integrate JavaScript where required.
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics 365 SQL Server, Excel, Dataverse, REST APIs, and other enterprise data sources.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, including flows integrated with Power Apps.
• Develop reporting and analytical solutions using Power BI and DAX.
• Apply strong data modeling, transformation, and ETL techniques to build scalable business solutions.
• Develop and integrate Python-based solutions/automation where required.
• Handle Power Apps concepts such as delegation, reusable components, controls, performance limitations, and application optimization.
• Own end-to-end quality of applications, including functional testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
• Work with business analysts and technical leads to translate requirements into technical solutions and end-to-end project plans.
• Participate in solution design and recommend alternative approaches based on client requirements.
• Deliver projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Mentor team members on Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Power Platform best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on Power Apps development experience.
• Advanced expertise in Power Apps: Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Business Rules, PCF components, and Power Apps components.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong Power BI and DAX knowledge.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data transformations.
• Working experience in Python development/coding.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL, Excel, APIs, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Power Apps delegation, controls, performance optimization, and platform limitations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience leading/planning projects and mentoring developers.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint platforms.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance and evolving platform capabilities.
• Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics certifications, such as PL-100 PL-900 MB-200 or equivalent.
• Experience working with distributed/cross-office teams.
