Job Purpose and Impact

The Poultry - Technical Sales Lead based at Guntur/Vijayawada will be aligned to Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Health business in India supporting Andhra Pradesh. In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers, to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability.

Key Accountabilities

-'ssist the commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.

--anage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensured work according to required specifications.

--eploy relevant Cargill digital services and tools and help the farmers to realize the benefit and assist commercial/Strategic Marketing and Technology team to capture value from the service.

-'ssist the customers on nutritional aspect that includes diet design and disease diagnosis during the customer visits.

--evelop strong customer relationships at geographical key accounts in the assigned territory.

--dentify and gather information on customer requirement and recommend appropriate service and product.

--upport cross functional teams including strategic marketing technology to develop and proof new products.

--echnical training to the commercial team.

--articipate with sales and marketing leaders on customer segmentation, satisfaction and account planning.

--ther duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

--ualified M.V.Sc (Animal Nutrition)

--xcellent verbal and written communication skills.

--inimum requirement of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

--ears of experience: 5 - 10 years.

--luent in speaking the local language.

--pen to travelling atleast 15 days every month.

--t least 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition.

--t least 5 years of experience in feed formulation for broilers and broiler breeders, focusing on performance optimization and cost efficiency.

--trong experience in providing technical support on broiler and breeder nutrition, including nutrient optimization and performance monitoring.

--bility to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise.
