High-Speed Post-Silicon Electrical Characterization Engineer (35 yrs)

Job Summary

Hiring a hands-on engineer for high-speed post-silicon electrical characterization and validation of interfaces like PCIe, DDR, USB using high-speed lab equipment. Candidate should execute test plans, debug issues, analyze results, and document measurement reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Characterize and validate high-speed interfaces (PCIe/DDR/USB)
• Perform electrical testing and post-silicon measurements
• Use oscilloscope, protocol analyzer, BERT, power analyzers, signal generators
• Execute test plans, debug issues, publish reports
• Work with architecture/design/validation teams

Mandatory Skills

• Post-silicon validation / electrical characterization
• High-speed interfaces: PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, USB
• Signal integrity basics
• Instruments: Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer, BERT/pattern generator
• Scripting: Python / C++ / LabVIEW / VBA
• Schematic & datasheet interpretation
