We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Post Silicon RAS Validation Engineer to join our team at Tessolve Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology and experience with post-silicon validation of RAS systems.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement test plans for post-silicon validation of RAS systems.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to RAS system integration.


• Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality of RAS systems on silicon.


• Analyze results and provide recommendations for process improvements.


• Work closely with the design team to ensure that the validated RAS system meets required specifications.


• Participate in root cause analysis of failures and contribute to the development of corrective actions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in post-silicon validation of RAS systems.


• Strong knowledge of semiconductor technology and RAS system architecture.


• Experience with test planning, execution, and result analysis.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information clearly.
