Post Sales Manager

A. Key Responsibilities

- Drive Revenue Planning, Sales Order Management and review as per ABP

- Drive Project timeline scheduling in installation.

- Establish Pre & post service strategies along with execution & customer feedback.

- Establish cost card of each project, Machines, Lines and Equipment with FSE

- Ensure timely handover of machine with running condition to the customer.

- Establish coordination with Sales, Finance, Design, Production planning, Production, Quality control and Dispatch team for timely execution of service related delivery of Machines or parts .

- Proactively work with OPE and Sales division for timely inputs

- Drive initiatives on standardization of Process and system

- Driving / Implement continuous improvement of InC and Planning processes and up gradation for better productivity and efficiency

- Report on Operational activity on a regular basis to senior management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on key performance indicators

- Drive organization to meet the InC and cost to produce as per companies business plan.

- Ensure ontime report submission for closure activities

InC Planning and Control

- Plan and develop Operating activity process and system to ensure that the service revenue shall be establish as per ABP and the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and timelines

- Ensure improvement of Material Margin.

- Ensure quotation to order conversion timely

- Ensure timely collection

- Periodically monitor and review of improvement.

Quality, Environment, Health & Safety

- Develop & ensure adequate action for customer complaints (related to Product quality)

People Management

- Provide leadership to departments under control and develop direct reports.

- Demonstrate inter-personal skill to work cohesively with Sales, Finance, Design, Production planning, Production, Quality control and Dispatch team to maintain harmonious working environment

- Motivate team to raise the performance bar to deliver extra ordinary business results

- Continuous People Development for higher roles, building talent pipeline, fostering the required culture

- Complete regular performance reviews, manage attendance, holidays, disciplinary issues and procedures as appropriate

Overall operating strategy and Development

- Implement the best practice, vision, strategies, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance

- Ensure strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets

- Provide support to Production, sales and other departments during customer visits.

- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate the risks and develop opportunities
