Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Post Sales Executive to manage post-sales documentation,
coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, and ensure smooth communication between dealers, sellers, and internal
teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of post-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and verify post-sales documentation to ensure all required documents are complete.
Coordinate and monitor daily vehicle deliveries to support timely vehicle handover.
¢ Maintain and update vehicle delivery records and operational trackers using Google Sheets.
¢ Follow up with dealers and sellers regarding pending documents, delivery schedules, and case status.
¢ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery-related issues and delays.
¢ Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records of post-sales activities.
¢ Track pending cases and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
¢ Support smooth post-sales operations and a positive customer experience.
Required Skills
¢ Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
¢ Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
¢ Problem-solving ability and effective task management.
¢ Comfort working in a fast-paced operational environment.
