About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and solution-oriented Software Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity) (0 - 2 Years) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founding team, sales, and marketing departments to design and implement customer-centric automation solutions that are specific to cybersecurity and data using our proprietary SaaS platform. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, technical adaptability, and a passion for building intelligent workflows, integrations, and AI-driven agents that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-centric workflow automation use cases using the company’s proprietary SaaS platform (NiKi).
• Build and manage workflows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency for cybersecurity infrastructures.
• Develop custom AI agents and continuously enhance existing agents based on customer and business requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Identify missing applications or integrations required for successful use case implementation and coordinate with the technical team to enable integrations.
• Work closely with the founding team, marketing, and sales teams to support product growth and customer success initiatives.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and actively learn and apply relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated work experience in following areas specific to SOC analysis for security alert investigation with a complete evidence chain and containment recommendation, SOAR automation, Incident response, Threat hunting on MITRE ATT&CK, Compliance automation.
• Experience in creating automation workflows for any cybersecurity use-cases or the ones described above.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI-based applications.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and integration tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
• Bachelor’s/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Must have strong programming experience in 1 or more programming languages: C, Python, Go Lang, Java, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js. Other OO languages are also a plus.
