Scope of Work

• To prepare initial-level project feasibility studies as per DCPR (Mumbai) and UDCPR (Mah)
• Liaise with MCGM – development planning, building proposals, ward office
• Liaise with SRA and environmental departments
• To prepare draft applications, undertakings, and submissions to various government departments
• Coordination with architects and consultants on drawings, certificates and related documentation

Skills

• Computer Savvy - Basic AutoCAD and advance excel
• Marathi Proficiency – read, write & speak
