Position- Key Account Management CRR

Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, implementing customer retention strategies, and optimizing sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong engagement with existing customers to increase sales and lifetime value.
• Design and implement customer retention strategies and programs.
• Manage customer segmentation and set KPIs accordingly.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and objectives; profile customer-centric data.
• Identify opportunities to grow the customer database and key segments.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product value communication.
• Track and measure customer communication programs across multiple mediums.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Plant, Finance) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Manage sales order processing, proforma invoices, purchase orders, dispatches, and payments.
• Monitor material delivery, quality complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
• Access and manage B2B customer portals for PO downloads, delivery schedules, and payments.
• Generate reports and forecasts on business performance, pipeline status, and KPIs.
• Plan daily sales activities, including customer meetings, order revisions, and follow-ups.
