Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive POS & CRM Executive to manage, support, and maintain the Wondersoft POS application and OptCulture CRM platform across retail stores. The role involves day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting POS issues, managing customer loyalty programs, coordinating with store teams, and ensuring seamless integration between POS, ERP, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities Wondersoft POS
- Provide Level-1 and Level-2 support for Wondersoft POS.
- Configure POS terminals, users, billing counters, and permissions.
- Resolve billing, inventory, pricing, barcode, payment, and synchronization issues.
- Monitor POS data synchronization with ERP and Head Office.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, patches, and software upgrades.
- Test and validate new POS features before deployment.
- Train store staff on POS operations and best practices.
- Support new store openings, POS installation, and system configuration.
- Manage customer loyalty and membership programs.
- Configure promotional campaigns, coupons, gift vouchers, and reward points.
- Monitor customer enrollment and loyalty transactions.
- Execute SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate CRM reports for customer acquisition, repeat purchases, campaign performance, and loyalty redemption.
- Ensure accurate synchronization of customer and transaction data between POS, ERP, and CRM.
- Monitor daily POS transactions and system health.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Store Operations teams.
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user manuals.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Hands-on experience with Wondersoft POS.
- Working knowledge of CRM/Loyalty platform.
- Understanding of retail business processes and store operations.
- Basic SQL knowledge for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of POS and ERP integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and end-user support skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stores and prioritize support requests.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or any Retail ERP.
- Knowledge of POS hardware (Barcode Scanner, Receipt Printer, Cash Drawer, Customer Display).
- Understanding of payment gateways, UPI, and card payment integrations.
- Basic networking and Windows troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in Retail POS, CRM, or Microsoft technologies are an added advantage.
- Maintain POS system uptime above 99.5%.
- Resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Ensure accurate POS and CRM data synchronization.
- Execute CRM campaigns with high accuracy and minimal errors.
- Improve customer loyalty enrollment and engagement.
- Deliver timely support for new store openings and retail operations.
- Achieve high user satisfaction from store teams.
