Portuguese Language Expert

Responsibilities:

• Assist Portuguese-speaking passengers with travel packages, flight reservations, and itinerary planning.
• Manage bookings efficiently using the GDS Amadeus system.
• Provide expert advice on airline services, cancellations, and refunds.
• Develop sales strategies and promotional techniques to increase revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries and passenger escalations professionally while delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Strong Portuguese command (B2, C1, or C2 level fluency).
• Technical Skills: Experience with GDS Amadeus and flight reservation systems is advantageous.
• Background: A background in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment with rotational days off.
