Role Description The Portfolio Sales Manager – Insurance & Asset is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of insurance and asset products, driving sales through existing and new client relationships. The role involves assessing client needs, recommending suitable insurance and asset solutions, coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, and ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation. The Portfolio Sales Manager will track portfolio performance, prepare regular reports, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and client satisfaction. This role also includes mentoring team members, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies, and actively participating in local market and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, portfolio management, and relationship management skills with a focus on insurance and asset products.
• Knowledge of financial services, lending, taxation, and insurance concepts, preferably within retail or housing finance.
• Proficiency in client advisory, negotiation, and consultative selling to support end-to-end borrowing and investment processes.
• Ability to analyze financial data, monitor portfolio performance, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; postgraduate qualification in finance or management is an advantage.
• Experience in banking, NBFCs, insurance, or wealth management, preferably in a sales or portfolio-focused role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong customer service orientation.
