Job Description - Portfolio Risk Analyst

• Risk Dashboards/MIS
• Code execution, enhancements and development to support creation of portfolio risk dashboards
• Logical loophole identification and rectification in code
• Development of additional automated dashboards to support better risk insight
• Database analysis to find and include new variables to strengthen risk insights
• Bureau data-based projects
• Understand and extract variables like number of active loans, historical delinquencies, shift in borrower behaviour etc from bureau data
• Use bureau and in-house data together to build risk alerts
• Macro-economic data-based projects
• Build codes to extract, pre-process and generate ready to use datasets from data providers
• Build time series analysis models to combine internal risk metrics with macro-economic data

Preferrable profiles:

• Undergraduate/Postgraduate with specialization in data science, data analysis, machine learning and AI.
• Statistical mathematics and basic understanding of banking shall be preferred.
• Python/SQL/VBA coding knowledge required along with ability to use to AI tools to enhance output
