About this role
Top Line : Drive CC-EMI Business, Analytical solutions to drive usage, Campaigns management, Customer engagement and repeat usage. • This position is responsible for overall portfolio management across customer life cycle & Increase Credit Card EMI volumes-of Repeat Base, Never Used Base • Create and develop new campaign platforms to support drive Credit Cards – Welcome calling, Activation & Repeat usage • Work with BIU & Analytics to arrive at specific scorecards to relevant target customer segments for BTL programs - target for Incremental Volume. • Work with Alliance Team, issuing to arrive at defining large data sets & cubes to data-mine customer segments • Stop leakage of Repeat Customers to Competition, and drive Winback of NU Customers • Drive and Upgrade the Repeat Customers and there by increase the EMI Spend and increase penetration. • Role will also drive close engagement several brands, merchants partners to drive customer specific programs. • Work with Aggregators to promote the ATL and BTL Campaigns and drive EMI Spend through them.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Portfolio Management
- Work with analytics & BIU to arrive at customer segments to push EMI transactions
- Ensure customer level programs are launched every month for customers who are NU / Dormant on EMI.
- Build customer programs that will help increase both Depth & Width EMI transactions for Bank customers. Customer Activation , Repeat usage & NU| Dormant Base Activation Drive repeat usage on EMI purchases Launch Customer usage & activation programs Ensure form factor level programs are adequately launched to drive in-store & online EasyEMI transactions.
- Ensure periodic work with regional chains & stand-alone large merchants for merchant level offers at customer level.
- Launch Programs for NU EMI Activation
- Merchant enablement- Dormant activation & new enablement spends
- Giving Regular updates Cards insight, Portfolio analysis Campaign Management
- Work along-with category manager to identify new segments and merchants for Activation of EMI product.
- Collaborate with Online merchant partners to drive EMI volumes using coupon codes, offers to drive customer activation on EasyEMI.
- Execute BTL Portfolio segmented offers with the Portfolio Manager with quick campaign TAT and mid-campaign MIS for reviews.
