Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales: Handle property sales (new and resale properties) using leads provided in the CRM system.

Site Visits: Generate, schedule, and conduct property site visits for interested clients (typically targeting 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week).

Negotiations & Closures: Manage buyer negotiations and guide them through deal closures.

Lead Generation: Identify new sales leads via cold calling, networking, and client referrals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their property requirements, and suggest suitable options.
