Job Summary
Yield and Yard Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to drive business growth and
lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring
team members, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring operational excellence within the sales function. The role
requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Team Leaders.
- Recruit, train, and onboard sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent performance.
- Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and performance evaluation meetings.
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, site visits, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates to
management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and CRM usage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferable
- At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead/Managerial role.
